Our shipping guidelines: Sustainable, transparent, EU-wide

At Wanna Be Supplements, sustainability is important to us, and this is reflected in our shipping options:

Shipping to the EU and Switzerland:

  • EU-wide deliveries: We deliver to addresses throughout the European Union as well as Switzerland.

  • Individual requests: For deliveries outside these areas, please contact us atcontact@wannabe-supplements.com. We calculate shipping costs individually and fairly.

Our commitment to sustainability:

  • Environmentally friendly packaging: We strive for plastic-free shipping and use sustainable packaging materials.

  • CO2-neutral shipping with DHL GoGreen: Every order is shipped CO2-neutrally, with the resulting emissions being compensated by DHL GoGreen.

Special features when shipping to Switzerland:

  • Additional costs: Please note that deliveries to Switzerland may incur additional customs duties and import taxes, which are charged by DHL and are not under our control. These costs must be borne by the recipient.

Our shipping costs:

  • Germany: Flat rate €5, free for orders over €49.

  • Abroad (EU): €7.50, free from €95 (excluding Switzerland, Italy and Spanish islands).

  • Transparent costs: The shipping costs reflect the prices of our service providers - we do not profit from them.

Problems with delivery?

If you're having trouble getting your order delivered, we're here to help! Please send us an email with your order number and contact detailscontact@wannabe-supplements.comso that we can take care of your concern as quickly as possible.

 

Item returns – We are here for you!

Have you ordered from us but the product does not meet your expectations or you received a damaged item? Don't worry, we'll find a solution! Write us an email with your order number and the product to be returned as well as your contact detailscontact@wannabe-supplements.com.

 

Our returns policy:

  • 14-day return policy: You can return unopened items to us within 14 days.

  • Refund: After receiving and inspecting the return, we will refund you the amount (minus the shipping fee) according to your original payment method. Processing can take up to 7 days.

What is not returnable:

Please note that all returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened or unsealed products cannot be refunded.

 

Returns from abroad:

For international returns, please also contact uscontact@wannabe-supplements.com. We do not provide a return label and you must bear the direct costs of the return.
